So far, I’ve built four startups, sold two and worked with over 2000 founders across 32 countries.
I work as the Head of Innovation at Sportsbet, Australia’s premier online sports betting and entertainment website. I lead the company’s innovation strategy to maintain a competitive advantage and create new opportunities for growth.

By working at the executive level and in the trenches building tech startups, I’ve gained a unique understanding of the strengths and challenges of innovating in both.

As the need for innovation intensifies, merging these two for mutual benefit has become my focus.

I’m currently working with multiple startup founders and CEO’s to support them in driving profitable growth through quality partnerships. This includes active advisory roles and early stage investments.

A mentor since inception with multiple accelerators and incubators, including the University of Melbourne’s startup incubator, I’ve supported many entrepreneurs from concept to product launch using leading methodologies such as the Lean Startup, Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Google’s PrEtotyping and Stanford’s Design Thinking process.

Other experience includes digital transformation, professional services, and outsourced managed application services in the Australian, U.K., South African and Indian markets.
I’ve managed high performing teams across multiple geographies with full P&L responsibility of $100M+ and 500+ employees.
