Even Uber is a community. UberEats launched in Melbourne and because it was part of my community that I trust, three weeks later I order exclusively from UberEats. menuLog gave me fantastic, functional service without connecting with me or connecting me into their community, so switching took zero effort or thought. Harder to move me from Uber.

Connect people to what they want, the quickest way possible. Other people and the way they do things.

And the interface? Invisible is best, but voice or in-message app will do.
