There is only one decent, easy way to track your workout and exercise progress on the web and iPhone and that’s DailyBurn.

I know this because I’ve tried most of them and even launched my own exercise tracking service on the web and failed. There’s a fine balance between features, usability and speed that is deceptively hard to achieve. I’ve been using DailyBurn for over 2 years now and it’s simple and just works for me.
